Limits for registration for each event
and/or service or merchandise item will be listed under the
specific information for that event.
As long as the registration links are still available we
are still accepting registrations for that item. Once we
have reached our registration limits for an item it will
no longer be available for selection or purchase during
the registration process. In the rare situation where we actually
accept payment for an item that we
offer we will promptly issue you a full refund for that item and we will
not charge you an administrative fee to do so.
When registration is limited and we can only accept a limited
number of participants, we strongly recommend registering
early to secure your spot and don't risk losing out by waiting
until the last minute to sign up.

internal planning. It is a bit
of "insurance" so that we know that we
will be able to handle the number of participants
up to our registration limits and all participants
will be able to have a fantastic time.
It is impossible to know exactly how many participants we
are going to have each year, and we use our participant limit
numbers to make specific reservations and contractual obligations
with our facilities and service providers such as the main
stops, restaurants, and charter vehicles. It is always easier
to scale back operations from larger than actual plans than
we reach our registration limits we will maintain a
waiting list. Make sure to put your name on our waiting list
it's completely free and there's no obligation.
If someone has to cancel and an item becomes available we
can inform you promptly. As additional items become available,
they will be offered to people in the
order in which they signed up on the waiting list. In addition,
if enough people are on the waiting list we may be able to
or merchandise items even if they had initially sold
