On Road Support Services
 Safety on the road is our main concern while our primary mission
is supporting our participants as they complete their rides.
We follow a strict "No Man Left Behind"
policy, meaning you will be supported while cycling,
and will never be left on the road alone without our
assistance. We follow this policy as long as you
are trying your best within the limitations of
our policies and procedures.
Unfortunately participants who ride trikes (any bicycle
with three or more wheels) must provide their own on road
support for them at all times because we cannot guarantee
that we will be able to easily or quickly
transport them off the road in any support vehicle
in case
of mechanical breakdown.
