Partial Day
Check Ins
 All check ins not completed during the main event check
in will be considered a partial day check in.
You may also check in at any rest stop location on all events.
All rest stop check ins must be prearranged so that we can
have your registration materials available for
you at the appropriate rest stop location. However, we cannot
guarantee that we will be able to deliver your baggage from
that rest
stop location before you arrive in the next stopping town.
Multi-Day Events
On multi-day events, you should plan on checking in the previous night for rides
beginning the next day. If you must check in to the event in the morning,
all morning check ins must be prearranged and we reserve the right to deny
a morning check in to prevent conflicts from the myriad of other things that
will be going on in the morning as we prepare to depart for that day's ride.
Participants doing a partial day trip may still
receive a full set of all registration materials. |
