Chicago
Chicago is one of the nation's major public transportation hubs and it is extremely easy to travel to and from our events via public transportation. In fact, we strongly recommend avoiding driving entirely to and/or from the entire event if at all possible.

  • Click Here for more information about long distance public transportation.
  • Click Here for more information about local public transportation.
  • Click Here for more information about taxicabs.
  • Click Here for more information about arriving in a car and parking.

In addition, because we are headquartered in Chicago we will still offer full services for Chicago because we are will already be travelling for there before the event and back there after the end of our events anyways. Specific information about the facilities and services available in Chicago for each event will be listed under the in town information for Chicago for that event.

If you will be travelling through Chicago we recommend staying at our supported hotel and using the opportunity to explore and enjoy all of the wonderful tourist opportunities while you are there!

Ending Town
Most participants from areas in and around the ending town initially arrive there and take our transportation service to the starting town before the start of the event. If you parked your car in the ending town during the event, you can pick it up immediately after you arrive back there at the end.

If you decide to initially arrive at the ending town you may need to drive there and pay for parking and a room at the supported hotel if lodging there is not included in registration. In addition, you may need to take our transportation service before the start of the event in order to get to the starting town. However, you may not need to spend an extra day after the end of the event for transportation service back to the starting town or arrange or pay for a room at the supported hotel the previous night.

Starting Town
Most participants from areas in and around the starting town initially arrive there and take the transportation service to the starting town after the end of the event. If you parked your car in the starting town during the event, you can pick it up there after the transportation service after the end of the event arrives.

If you decide to initially arrive at the starting town you may need to drive there and pay for parking and a room at the supported hotel if lodging there is not included in registration. In addition, you may need to take our transportation service after the end of the event in order to get back to the starting town. If the transportation service occurs on the day after the end of the event, you will need to spend an extra day for the transportation service and if lodging in the ending town is not included in registration, you will need to secure lodging there and you may need to pay for a room at the supported hotel.

  • Click Here for more information about our transportation services to the start and from the end or our events.

Mid-Route Town
Mid-route stops (pick ups and drop offs) are most popular with participants from the middle of our events.

If you decide to initially arrive at a mid-route stopping town you may need to drive there and pay for parking but you will not have to drive to either the starting or stopping town or pay for a room at the supported hotel in either town if lodging is not included in registration.

If you decide to depart from a mid-route stopping town you will not need to drive to or from the starting or stopping town but you may and need to pay for two separate transportation services. You may also need to take our transportation service after the end of the event in order to get back to the mid-route stopping town. If the transportation service occurs on the day after the end of the event, you will need to spend an extra day for the transportation service and if lodging in the ending town is not included in registration, you will need to secure lodging there and you may need to pay for a room at the supported hotel.
