Check In
If you will not be able to check in and attend the opening meeting the day before the ride, you must check in and attend the opening meeting at 4:30 am the next morning. We will also give you your registration materials at this time.

PLEASE PLAN ON ARRIVING PROMPTLY AT 4:30 AM – OTHER PARTICIPANTS WILL BE DEPENDING ON YOU. Particularly for the RAIL rides, it is critical that all participants leave promptly on time at 5:30 am in order to maximize the amount of time they have to complete the event.

Baggage Loading
Baggage loading will begin at 4:30 am and end promptly at 5:15 am in order to prepare for the opening meeting and route opening. You will need to bring your baggage to our vehicles yourself - please do not leave it at the hotel front desk.

Bike Parts and Accessories Sales
Our mechanic will be directly at the supported hotel from 4:30 - 5:15 am to sell last minute parts and accessories immediately before the ride. We strongly recommend stocking up from them before we depart!

Opening Meeting
After all participants have checked in, we will conduct an opening meeting and GPS training session if necessary.
