support services include all repair services, parts
and accessories sales, and electronic device charging.
Participants are responsible
for arranging and paying for all mechanical support
services on their own, they are not included in any way as
part of any event registration.
You should always plan on arriving at the start
of the event with all of your gear and equipment
in great working order
and ready to be used and and any bike parts,
tools, chargers, and accessories you need already. Due to the
myriad of potential problems that can occur we absolutely
cannot guarantee that we, our mechanic, any bike
shop, or anyone else will be able to fix all mechanical
specific part, tool, accessory, charger, or mechanical
ability necessary to do so.
To help avoid any problems we highly recommend giving
your bicycle a complete and thorough inspection and tune
up well before the event,
preferably through your local bike shop. You
should also check with
them to see
if your bicycle requires any
or special parts or tools in case
a breakdown occurs, particularly spokes.
