All prices listed below begin at 12:00 am central time on the first date listed and end at 11:59 pm on the last date listed. All extra services are subject to availability after the regular registration deadline.

Regular Registration Deadlines and Late Registration
The regular registration deadline will be at 11:59 pm CST, Friday May 3rd, 2024, which is exactly two weeks before the start of the event and the same as the room block reservation cut-off date for the Champaign hotel.

After the regular registration deadline a late fee of $30.00 per day will be assessed.

Event Registration
The registration fee will be the same for all participants regardless of the number of miles they choose to ride.

Transportation Services
Includes bicycle transportation only. You must purchase your own train or bus ticket(s) and carry your baggage with you.

Round trip transportation between Chicago and Champaign - $109.99
One way transportation from Chicago to Champaign before the start of the event - $59.99
One way transportation from Champaign to Chicago after the end of the event - $59.99

Bicycles That Require Special Handling and Care - $30.00
There will be an additional $30.00 fee to transport bicycles that require special handing and care (recumbents, e-bikes, tandems, etc.) for each transportation service. However a tandem bicycle will not incur an additional fee if both people riding it register for the same transportation service.

Size XXL-XXXL: $2.00 extra

Supported Hotels
The room rates and room block information for the supported hotel in each stopping town is listed under the information for each stopping town. You must make and pay for reservations on your own.

Parking
Bicycle Illinois will not be responsible for the payment of any parking fees, you must pay the parking location on your own.

Mechanical Support Plan
The price for the mechanical support plan will be the same for either a full weekend or one day ride.
